BELTEI runs 20+ campuses on one school system

From one campus to a national school network

BELTEI International School opened its first campus in 2002 with a motto that still steers it: Quality, Efficiency, Excellence, Morality, Virtue. Today the network counts 20+ campuses nationwide — its numbering already reaching Campus 30 — teaching the Cambodian general education program alongside an ESL program built on American standards, plus BELTEI International University and an annual national English speaking contest.

The challenge: administration at campus scale

Every campus runs its own enrollment seasons, fee schedules, class lists and staff payroll — and parents expect the same standard at Campus 30 as at Campus 1. Before the systems were unified, fee tracking lived in campus-by-campus files, payroll was a monthly marathon, and consolidating the group's finances for leadership meant assembling numbers campus by campus, long after the term had started.

How T.O organizes the school year

T.O School Management carries the academic core: student enrollment, class placement, attendance and fee billing run on one platform, so a student's record follows the family across campuses, and every invoice, receipt and outstanding balance is visible to both the campus and head office. Payroll runs on the same calendar as the school year. T.O Accounting then closes each campus's books and consolidates the whole network into one monthly view for the board.

The results

Enrollment peaks that once queued families across a front desk now process in days, fee arrears surface early enough to act on, and leadership reads one consolidated report instead of thirty separate files. Opening the next campus is now an administration exercise, not an experiment.

What comes next

BELTEI keeps expanding campus by campus, and each new opening inherits the same systems on day one — enrollment, billing, payroll and books already speaking the same language.
