A homegrown brand since 1995

Lucky Burger fired up its first grill in Phnom Penh in 1995 and grew into one of Cambodia's most familiar fast-food names, with 10+ outlets across Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and beyond. Families expect the same burger, cooked the same way, at the same speed, in every city — and that promise of sameness is exactly what the brand now protects with its technology.

The challenge: speed without losing control

Quick service lives or dies at the counter. As the chain grew, managers faced three pressures at once: long lunch queues that punish a slow till, promotions that must ring up identically at every register, and new cashiers who have to sell confidently from their first shift. Older tools made every price change a store-by-store chore and handed head office only yesterday's numbers.

How T.O keeps the flow moving

Every counter now runs T.O Restaurant POS with a Khmer-first screen that new cashiers learn in a single shift. Orders fire straight to T.O Kitchen Display screens at the grill and fry stations, so tickets never wait for a runner, and modifiers — no onions, extra cheese — reach the cook line exactly as the guest said them. Promotions and price lists are managed centrally and sync to every outlet, so a combo launched on Monday is live nationwide the same morning. Each branch closes the day with one Z-report, and T.O Accounting turns daily sales into books head office can trust.

The results on the floor

Average order-to-serve sits around three minutes even at peak, and the queue keeps moving because cashiers never leave the screen to shout at the kitchen. Every promo prices correctly at every counter, and head office reads live sales from all outlets in one place instead of chasing end-of-day phone calls.

What comes next

New branches now go live in days: install the terminals, sync the menu, train the team. For a brand built on serving the same meal fast, everywhere, that kind of repeatability is the growth engine.
