Thirty-six rooms, one very high standard

Jaya House River Park is a small luxury boutique hotel in Siem Reap, the gateway to Angkor, with just 36 rooms — and a reputation far larger than its key count. Since December 2016 it has been Cambodia's first 100% single-use-plastic-free hotel, it has planted more than 2,000 trees around the city, and it co-founded the Refill Not Landfill campaign. That kind of service and sustainability is delivered by people — but it is sustained by disciplined operations.

The challenge: boutique scale, five-star detail

A 36-key property runs a restaurant, pool bar, spa and front desk with a team that must feel personal to every guest, at every hour. Room charges, restaurant bills, spa treatments and minibar items all land on one folio per stay; housekeeping needs live room status; and the owners expect the same financial precision they bring to their environmental audits.

How T.O supports the stay

T.O PMS runs the front desk: check-ins, room status, guest profiles and one folio per stay, so a dinner in the restaurant or a spa afternoon posts to the room without a paper trail. The restaurant and pool bar run T.O Restaurant POS, whose sales post straight into the guest's account or the daily F&B totals. T.O Accounting closes the day for the whole property, giving the owners one clean set of books.

The results

Guests check out in minutes with an accurate folio, F&B revenue is visible by outlet and by hour, and month-end is a report rather than a reconciliation. The team spends its energy on guests, gardens and trees — not on chasing paper.

What comes next

The hotel keeps leading Cambodia's sustainability movement, and its systems keep the administration invisible — exactly as a boutique stay should feel.
