Pharmacy Yeung unites 17 provincial branches on one system

A network that grew from one Siem Reap counter

Pharmacy Yeung started as a single community pharmacy in Siem Reap and grew the hard way — branch by branch, province by province — into a trusted network of 17 branches across five provinces, from Siem Reap and Battambang to Phnom Penh and Banteay Meanchey. Six days a week its counters dispense prescriptions, sell health products and give honest advice to families who know their pharmacist by name.

The challenge: distance between the shelves

Provincial expansion multiplies small problems. Each branch ordered from suppliers on its own; one store's surplus was another's stock-out; and moving medicine between towns meant phone calls, notebooks and hope. Buying centrally was impossible while every branch kept its own books, and head office could not see a single branch's day until the notebook arrived.

How T.O connects 17 counters

Every branch counter now runs T.O Pharmacy POS with Khmer-language screens, so dispensing stays fast and new staff train quickly. T.O Inventory gives the network one shared stock picture: central purchasing negotiates once and orders once, inter-branch transfers are recorded in the system instead of over the phone, and each branch's expiry dates stay visible to the pharmacist in charge. T.O Accounting closes each branch's books daily and consolidates all 17 into one monthly picture for the owners.

The results

Stock moves to demand instead of to whoever phones first. The owners read all 17 branches on one dashboard every morning, month-end consolidation is a report rather than a reunion of notebooks, and a new branch now joins the network in days — counter, stock and books already connected.
